This May Day, we’re turning out to demonstrate that protecting communities from oil and gas polluters is key in the broader nonviolent movement to protect our democracy. Oil and gas billionaires who pollute our communities are also backing Trump, funding authoritarianism, and propping up an unequal economy where the rich get richer while the rest of us struggle. 

Join our End Fossil Fuels contingent to the DC May Day March & Rally! We'll meet at 11am at Freedom Plaza, and then walk over together to join the march and rally. 

We will provide signs and banners for folks to carry.

We're organizing this contingent with Power Up: Movement to End Fossil Fuels -- a people-powered movement to take back power from oil and gas billionaires who have polluted, lied, profiteered, and propped up an unjust system that favors the wealthy over everyone else, while driving a climate crisis that threatens our homes and livelihoods.
