On May 1st people across the country are taking to the streets to protect workers over billionaires through hundreds of rallies, marches, walkouts, and other nonviolent actions. 

This May Day, we have a huge opportunity to demonstrate that protecting communities from oil and gas billionaires is key in the broader nonviolent movement to protect our democracy. Oil and gas billionaires who pollute our communities are also backing Trump, funding authoritarianism, and propping up an unequal economy where the rich get richer while the rest of us struggle.
